It spoke to you of waves, of renewal, even a womb. One poetic friend found the word I was searching for- Change. It encompasses the stretching, the reaching, breaking free from the dark cocoon for something heavenward. Yes, change. That felt right, and reminds me of some of my all-time favorite lines from Cynthia Occelli: .

"For a seed to achieve it's greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction."

Changed but beautiful, she emerged.
